The drying of grapes on straw mats prior to vinification to intensify their flavours was first noted by the Greek poet Hesiod in 800 BC.
Straw yellow with golden reflections, this nectar has an intense and complex nose redolent with tropical notes of coconut, honey, candied fruit, rosewood and vanilla seeds. It is at once velvety, full-bodied and balanced, with a lingering aftertaste of ripe fruit and vanilla.
