Straw yellow; the nose is intense, stinging with hints of chili, anise and honey. The impact is sweet, slighly spicy aftertaste well balanced, persistent with chili, honey and caramel.
Ruby red with garnet reflections: rich with fruit – blackberry and blueberry, with hints of hints of spice and tobacco. Supply and warm with a lingering chocolate finish.
Complex nose, intense and heady, with notes of dried fruit, plums and cherries, dried flowers, vanilla and caramel; dense on the palate soft and warm, fruity finishing with cream and vanilla.
Made with the classic varietals for sparkling wine, straw yellow in tone, rich in mature fruit, with hints of apple, pear, bread crust and yeast - harmonious and structured with a fruity finish.
Cellared for over twelve months in French Oak, the result is a soft full-bodied wine with powerful aromas of ripe fruit and hints of pineapple, banana and apple as well as vanilla & candied fruit.
Ruby red, fresh and fruity: currants, raspberries, black cherries, and black tea; savoury, soft, easy to drink with a dry and fruity aftertaste.
Cabernet Franc, parent to both Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, is a varietal ideally suited to our cool climate.
